Chair Wassily Kandisky
This audiovisual project focuses on the study and representation of the iconic Wassily Chair, a key piece of modern design associated with the Bauhaus. The proposal is developed in two narrative phases: first, the chair is presented as an autonomous object, highlighting its form, materials, and structural qualities; it is then placed within a staged setting in a familiar context inspired by Bauhaus aesthetic and functional principles.
Throughout the development of this project, digital environments and animations were created to reinforce the conceptual and visual character of the piece, situating it within a space that is coherent with its historical and stylistic origins. This approach aims not only to showcase the object itself, but also to convey its significance within contemporary design.
The production process involved learning and applying professional tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro, which were essential for modeling, animation, and audiovisual post-production.
This work is part of a degree in Product Design and Development Engineering, with a specialization in infographic design and 3D project animation, strengthening both technical and creative skills in the digital representation of design objects.
