At the border of the city of Zug ten multi-family houses and a total of 125 housing units are being built on around 17,700 square meters.

Four to five-story buildings, each with 11 to 14 houding units, are to be built on the  Lüssiweg, main stress that crosses the complex. A total of 140 parking spaces on a underground car park are aviable for them. 

More than half of the apartments are intended as inexpensive living space. Specifically, 65 of the 125 apartments are considered inexpensive. 

There is a huge variety of housing units: 6.5, 5.5, 4.5, 3.5 room apartments, but also cheap studios, 2 room apartments are planned.

The ten buildings on Lüssiweg are going to have a wooden façade with a green flat roof. Also the constructive system should be mainly of wood, except some parts like the underground car park or some outdoor terraces, which because of beeing considered an escape route, can not be made of this sustainable material.

A lot of green open space is to be created around the multi-family houses. Green gravel areas will be placed for “free use” by local residents. A few trees and smaller shrubs should provide shade. Simple nature trails lead to the seats below.
