A company has the intention to create a urbanization in the surroundings of Munich. 23 plots should be constructed by 23 courtyard houses alines in 5 roads, one next to te other. Each plot has been provided to a client, which can include his own requirements to the proposal.

One of this plots has been bought by a music teacher. She needs her own private spaces, which are located in the upper level, as well as a huge room as a practice-room with her students. In addition she needs a separate private space for one of his students, which she host during one year.

The building space as well as the courtyard scale is been given and it is for each plot the same.
