The building proposed is located on a free plot between to existing terrace houses. A investor bought this plot and wants to build a terrace house in which he could live himself and rent the rest of the building to costumers.

On the ground floor a art gallery is paces, as well as the main entrance, which leads to the community courtyard at the back of the building and to the staircase with elevator which access to the upper floors. In the first, second and third floor flats for two persons each are places. An open community place represent the heard of the apartments. 

At the top a duplex apartment for the owner is provided. The community spaces in the bottom and the private rooms at the top.

The constructive structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete. The facade is thought to make the building as sustainable as posible, achieving to reduce the lose of energy to the lowest level
